Alexia joined VISTIM in february 2020 as “Senior HR Advisor”. Her activities for our clients involve :

- HR operational and administrative excellence

- Payroll and benefits management

- Learning and development management

- HR Compliance

Before joining VISTIM, Alexia spent 3 years as HR Officer / Payroll for Brinks, in charge of the whole payroll, preparation and integration of news joiners, tacking leavers, administrative tasks.

Prior to this, she worked as HR Officer at BDO for 7 months, and was in charge of training process, "INFPC report".

She also worked as HR assistant for 2 years at SNCF where she spent 4 years and began as manager assistant.
