SENIOR MANAGER

In November 2020, Jérôme Grâces joined VISTIM S.A. as Senior Manager. His areas of expertise include:

- HR KPI, reporting & forecasting

- Reward schemes and benchmark operations

- International Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

- lean process reengineering & set up of Shared Services Centre

- HRIS implementation & development

Prior to this, Jérôme has held senior positions of Compensation & Benefits, Reward and HR Operations at Alter Domus, covering 20 countries.

During his 8 years of experience, he was in charge of internal and outsourced payroll for more than 2,500 employees in 20 countries. Jérôme was responsible for the budgeting and reporting processes, as well as the implementation of various variable compensation programs. He also worked on continuous improvement of HR operational processes and managed the implementation of an international HR shared service centre and HRIS.
