Before joining VISTIM, Amina worked as an HR Generalist in the industrial sector in Luxembourg. In the course of her career, she covered several HR matters, from administrative management and recruitment to training, performance assessment, and the implementation of HRIS.
She has also had the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving employee engagement and strengthening corporate culture.
Amina holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
After graduating from a Bachelor in Economics and Management at the University of Luxembourg, during which she successfully completed a semester abroad at the Faculty of Economics in Montpellier, Charlotte is now continuing her studies at Master’s level in human resources. She is doing her Master’s at IAE Metz School of Management, as a part time study program.
Charlotte is now joining VISTIM as an HR Advisor Intern to finalize her studies.
Before joining VISTIM, Ambre had a work-study experience where she discovered recruitment, training and payroll administration.
She also acquired skills in the recruitment of healthcare sector by creating a candidate placement service within a start-up company.
Ambre is also proud of her experience in compensation and benefits, where she was able to discover payroll in its entirety within the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Thanks to these knowledges, she was able to work with a number of HR tools.
She holds a European Master’s degree in Human Resources by the Federation of the Education in Europe (FEDE).
Ambre is keen to learn more about the exciting field of human resources.
Before joining VISTIM, Stéphanie has held several HR positions in diverse fields of activity like industry, finance and technology, specialized in HR administration, implementation of HRIS and employee relations.
During the last 2 years, Stéphanie has been working as HR generalist, managing all the HR aspects of the employees work cycle, helping and carrying out amongst other, a company reorganization project.
Before joining VISTIM in 2023, Dorothée has been working at an international financial company in the Human Resources services ensuring the smooth running of all HR activities and gained experience in HR Administration covering the entire lifecycle of employee and HRIS Data Management. She was also involved in Recruitment, Benefits and Payroll.
Prior to this, her experience includes 14 years as legal secretary /personal assistant and office manager in an international law firm.
