Marion joined VISTIM in 2021. Her current activities for our clients involve:

  • HR operational and administrative excellence
  • Payroll and benefits management
  • HR compliance
  • Time management

Before joining VISTIM, Marion worked for over 5 years at a successful e-commerce company that she helped migrate to and establish in Luxembourg. Primarily responsible for the Administration and Human Resources processes of the Group, she dealt with the complex, yet stimulating HR challenges of a fast-growing start-up company from A to Z.

Prior to this, her experience includes three years as Senior Financial Auditor for EY Luxembourg focusing on private equity clients.

Marion holds a Master degree in Business Administration and has proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, time management and HR administration.
