We celebrated our 10th anniversary in an idyllic setting and a very joyful atmosphere. Those who thought HR didn’t know how to party were sorely mistaken. It must be said that we pulled out all the stops, with Tero’s help.
And above all, we spared our guests the traditional litany of self-congratulation and soporific retrospectives. Instead, we opted for lightness and humor with the help of a stand-up star who skilfully demonstrated that we can laugh at our profession with joy and kindness.
And that we can also laugh at ourselves without giving up our ambitions, be serious without taking ourselves seriously. A subliminal message: humor is an essential ingredient in positive relationships. It can defuse difficult situations or even give another perspective on a problem. In short, those who weren’t there were wrong.
Another highlight of the evening was the musical interlude with a homemade pop/rock composition worthy of the charts. At a time when AI is invading our professions, we used it in a playful way by composing a 100% HR track. The result is stunning: catchy music and lyrics as powerful as they are relevant. Enough to give us punch and rhythm for the next 10 years.
