Cancellation Policy:

  • Replacement of a participant by another participant from the same company is accepted at any time
  • For cancellation made up to 30 days before the program, the participants will receive a 100% refund
  • Any cancellation notified up to 8 days before the start of the programme entitles the participant to a voucher to be uFor cancellation made up to 8 days before the program the participants will receive a credit to be used for a future course.
  • For cancellation made within 8 days of the program, the fees are nonrefundable. 50% of the total cost can be used for a future course.

    The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the training programme in order to guarantee its quality. In case of cancellation by VISTIM, the full amount will be refunded and alternatives will be discussed with the participants.
